When
you open the front door you will be greeted with a large open space
with 12 foot ceilings and a wall of windows to flood the space with
wonderful Southern exposure light.
The space is all open between the living room area, dining room area, and kitchen. This is a great space for entertaining and managing a large family. The kitchen , living and dining rooms are all open of people. Above the custom corner fireplace is a flat screen HDTV. The room is equipped with 5.1 surround sound in the ceiling and all audio visual components are wired to a lower area to allow for components to discretely hidden in a cabinet.

The upper windows are enhanced with a custom created wrought iron balcony for added style.
