Welcome to our home. This home was completed in 2008 with love and filled with both beautiful and lifestyle-smart details. Selective Homes by Chad and Dad was the builder that turned our dreams into reality. We built this home with the plan to live here for decades but our lives have taken a turn, and we are following a new dream.

This home is a Five Star Energy Rated Home. It has many energy efficient details including energy efficient:  appliances, heating and cooling systems, plumbing systems, and windows. This home was built for people who live with technology including surround sound and remote controlled lighting in two locations, outlets everywhere, hidden cell phone charging station in the kitchen and many more details that are not found in most homes.

Convenience also was a big factor in the location of this home. We are located close to everything right between Evansville and Newburgh with easy access to Lloyd Expressway and I-164 but still only two miles from the river in downtown Newburgh which is perfect for running and walking. This home is also part of the prestigious Castle School district.
